  • Learn how to tune in and actually hear what we need in order to feel rested

Reconnect with your knowing of inherent self worth. There will no longer be a need to do, do do. When we know we are worthy of love and belonging exactly as we are, we feel more empowered to live in alignment with our true nature and desires. 

Implement loving boundaries. Boundaries not only help us protect ourselves, but they protect our relationships from resentment. Show up in life from a place of love rather than force. 


Practice self nourishment rituals that actually feel good to you. You will no longer read instagram posts and think “I should be doing that.” You will connect with what self nourishment means to you and create habits that prioritize this care.

The Details

HELD offers eight 90 minute LIVE group sessions with replays and recap emails. You will also have access to a group chat support space to celebrate wins, share struggles, and support each other through our burnout recovery. 

For those that crave 1:1 support, you have the option to upgrade and add 1:1 M-F Voxer access. This would allow us to connect in between group sessions and receive the benefit of individualized coaching as well.

Have to miss a call? Not a problem. Replays and recap emails will be made available to all group members.

The investment for HELD is $888, with payment plans and sliding scale spots available.
